Admiral Capital | Mortgage Broker
Mortgage Brokers with Admiral Capital will originate, underwrite and close loans for Admiral agents and their clients, as well as other investors. They must have the ability to source commercial loans in their local markets on a direct basis with clients.
Candidates should possess experience in underwriting residential and commercial loans and knowledge of lenders and their loan programs, including local, regional, national and Fannie Mae lenders. This position requires strong sales skills, a keen work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work wel with minimal day-to-day supervision. We offer the experienced loan officer an exciting, fast-paced working environment with no limits to earning potential.
Innovation results when the experienced originator adds his/her own book of business to one of our brokerages. The qualified originator will possess at least three years of experience originating, underwriting, processing and closing residential and commercial real estate loans.
Strong sales/business development skills are required to generate fee income from within our Seattle office and from the market at large. Intermediate skills with MS Office are required.
Compensation is straight commission and franchise ownership. Local candidates receive priority consideration and please, no agencies or third parties.
